Site Reliability Engineering Lead (f/m/x)

Our Site Reliability Engineering division is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering Lead to spearhead the design and development of our application and data platforms, while nurturing the technical growth of fellow engineers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Guide team members in design methodologies and coding best practices.
  • Architect and implement secure systems, embedding security within automated workflows and platform development.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and enhance technical solutions across the platform.
  • Serve as the technical authority in the creation and evolution of our self-service platform.
  • Facilitate observability to monitor and comprehend the internal dynamics of our systems and services.
  • Commit to quality throughout every phase of the product development lifecycle.
  • Assist the team in formulating a robust disaster recovery strategy.

Your Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and familiarity with continuous delivery tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins, TeamCity).
  • Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Solid understanding of Linux or UNIX system architecture.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch).

  • Capability to debug, optimize code, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Methodical problem-solving skills, complemented by effective communication and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in architecting, developing, and troubleshooting large-scale systems.
