Senior Site Reliability Engineering Lead (f/m/x)

Our Site Reliability Engineering division is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineering Lead to spearhead the design and development of our application and data platforms, while also nurturing the technical growth of fellow engineers.

Your responsibilities

Guide team members on architectural design methodologies and coding best practices Architect and implement secure frameworks, embedding security into automated processes and platform development Proactively discover opportunities for innovation and enhance technical solutions within the platform landscape Provide technical leadership in the design and development of our self-service platform Facilitate observability to gain insights into the internal state of our systems and services Pursue excellence at every phase of the product development lifecycle Assist the team in establishing a robust disaster recovery plan


Essential qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline involving software/systems engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and familiarity with continuous delivery (CD) tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins, TeamCity) Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) Solid understanding of Linux or UNIX-based system architecture Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift is highly advantageous Familiarity with monitoring tools and technologies (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch)
