We are seeking a skilled UX Writer to join our team at Dedalus, a leading provider of healthcare information systems. As a UX Writer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products, ensuring that our content is clear, concise, and consistent.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality, user-centered content for our digital products, including buttons, menus, dialogue boxes, and help text.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and preferences, and make data-driven decisions about content.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent tone and style across our products, ensuring that our content is engaging and effective.
  • Develop and document best practices and strategic principles for UX writing, ensuring consistency and quality in user interface text.
  • Review and update existing content to ensure it remains effective, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to create user documentation for our products.
  • Manage terminology and ensure consistency across our products.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Communication Sciences, Journalism, Design, or Psychology.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Previous experience in working within a B2B context and/or within the healthcare domain is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and understandable way.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn and adapt based on feedback and data.
