Accor Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team in Windhoek. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve results.
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to changing priorities.
