Your Mission

Welcome to your new opportunity with Sungrow - EMEA As an EV Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our EV charging systems. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating and resolving issues with EV chargers, troubleshooting complex communication problems, and providing technical support to customers and field technicians.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in the electro-technical field and a passion for green technology. Advanced knowledge of communication systems and protocols, as well as proficiency in English, are also essential. Additionally, you will need to be able to interpret electrical single line diagrams and have advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and/or professional statistical analysis software.
