IT Governance Specialist

We are seeking a passionate IT Governance Consultant to join our motivated Group Information Management team at our headquarters in Vienna or Heidenheim. The ideal candidate will work closely with our experienced IT Governance team to support IT Governance and IT Controlling.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and create management presentations, reports, analyses, and communications towards the IM employees and management team.
- Support the monitoring and controlling of IT projects and services and help in the creation of IT controlling reports and dashboards.
- Support the Vendor Management with purchase orders.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of IT controlling guidelines and methods.
- Stay updated on further developments of IT applications, infrastructure, security, and architecture in the IM organization.
- Completed studies in business informatics, informatics, or comparable qualification.
- First experience in IT Governance, IT Controlling is an advantage.
- Dynamic, ambitious, and analytical person with the ability to simplify and summarize complex topics.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German and English (C-Level).
