Expert SAP/S4 Transformation Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of SAP/S4 HANA at Greiner. As the Expert SAP/S4 Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the Substream Digital Product Passport within the Sustainability Stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and integrate relevant requirements arising from the Digital Product Passport substream for the overall ONE (SAP/S4 HANA) project.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with other streams to ensure that the necessary requirements from the Digital Product Passport can be fulfilled.
- Cooperate with IT colleagues to evaluate and implement necessary software requirements that arise from the Digital Product Passport.
About You
We are looking for a professional with:
- Professional experience with existing SAP features, functionalities, and modules (ideally including satellite systems such as Sustainability Control Tower, Green Token, Sustainable Footprint Manager, Responsible Design and Production, and other sustainability-related topics).
- Several years of SAP experience.
- Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, Digital Product Passport concepts, and legal requirements such as CSRD, CS3D, PPWR, ESPR, Taxonomy, and Tax.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful digital transformations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English and/or German.
