Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Researcher to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our research organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and advancing our capabilities in the field of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cutting-edge research in areas such as threat and attack detection, vulnerability and risk analysis, and security posture management.
  • Develop and lead research projects that align with our company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into our products and services.
  • Mentor and guide junior researchers to help them develop their skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of our research strategy and ensure that our research efforts are aligned with our company's overall goals.
  • Represent Dynatrace at industry conferences and events to share our research findings and build relationships with other researchers and experts.
Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong background in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of conducting independent research and publishing papers in top-tier conferences and journals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior researchers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
