Job Title: Senior Operations Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Data & Process Governance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of data quality and process governance.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring data quality through comprehensive validations to secure data consistency, integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness, especially for Operations & Finance interdependencies during Month-End-Closing.
  • Enabling processes through audit and activation of new developments as well as rollouts (sign-off and deployment).
  • Managing and coordinating Operations Reporting solution/process-related enhancements together with our IT counterparts.
  • Deploying and rolling out reporting solutions to our Operations community.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in the field of data and process governance.
  • Solid Operations background and good understanding of processes in the Supply Chain and its interdependencies with Finance.
  • Technical experience with ERP/EPM/BW systems or corresponding reporting/analysis solutions (e.g., SAP BEx Web, Crystal Reports, BO Analysis and Analytics Cloud, Tableau).
  • Programming skills (e.g., VBA, R, Python) are perceived as an asset.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and analytical skills, and the capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex system correlations, quickly identify and analyse solution delivery risks & impacts as well as to define alternatives & prioritizations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business & technical teams as well as global stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German is a plus, but not a requirement.
