Senior Project Manager for Agglomeration and Direct Reduction
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Agglomeration and Direct Reduction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful execution of large and complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure project goals are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project remains on track and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility.
Requirements
- Secondary school with a technical or engineering focus.
- 5+ years of management experience in complex construction and plant building projects.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering and business unit-related technology.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Work experience in international teams.
- Willingness to travel and participate in site delegations.
- Advanced knowledge of English and German.
