Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Projektmanager, der unsere Projekte in den Bereichen Abwärmenutzung, Agglomeration oder elektrische Stahlerzeugung erfolgreich umsetzt.

Aufgabenbereich
- Als Senior Projektmanager sind Sie verantwortlich für die Gesamtprojektleitung in einem der drei Bereiche -> Abwärmenutzung, Agglomeration oder elektrische Stahlerzeugung.
- Sie definieren Projektphasen sowie Arbeitspakete, steuern diese aktiv und behalten in allen Projektphasen den Überblick fürs Große Ganze.
- Innerhalb Ihres Projektteams steuern Sie die Ressourcen effizient, um die Einhaltung der Projektziele zu gewährleisten.
- Laufendes Monitoring von terminlichen, budgetären und qualitativen Projektzielen sowie Reporting.
- In Ihrer Position als Projektleiter fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle in technischen und kaufmännischen Themenbereichen zu Kunden, internen Partnern wie auch Lieferanten.
- Weiters sind Sie im Rahmen Ihrer Projekte für ein vorausschauendes Risiko- und Changemanagement verantwortlich.
Skill-Set
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, UNI), vorzugsweise Maschinen-/Anlagenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik o. Ä.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Anlagenbau wünschenswert.
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 %).
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Sie sind eine flexible, kommunikationsstarke und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und zu leiten.
- Durchsetzungsstärke und Hands on Mentalität.
