Senior Project Manager for Waste Heat Recovery Systems

Job Description

As a Senior Project Manager for Waste Heat Recovery Systems at VACE Engineering, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of complex construction and plant building projects. Your expertise in waste heat recovery system related engineering and technology will enable you to understand technical implications and drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects within defined financial, quality, and schedule targets
  • Identify additional opportunities within ongoing projects
  • Negotiate with stakeholders on change requests and incorporate them into contracts
  • Manage project risks by identifying and assessing all risk factors
  • Monitor project status, identify discrepancies, and initiate mitigation measures
  • Work with international teams and ensure efficient communication with stakeholders
  • Drive project closure and ensure all relevant information is filed and available for future projects
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management experience in complex construction and plant building projects
  • Advanced knowledge of waste heat recovery system related engineering and technology
  • Advanced knowledge in project management methods and tools, contract law, and regulations for project business
  • Work experience in international teams
  • Willingness for travels and site delegations
  • Advanced knowledge in English and German
  • Proactive, solution-oriented attitude
  • High integrity in dealing with others
  • Quality-oriented and structured work approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Distinctive conflict management skills
  • Inter-cultural skills
Benefits:

The gross annual salary for this position is at least €58,788.80, depending on education, qualifications, and experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
