Senior Project Manager for Waste Heat Recovery Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our waste heat recovery projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of these projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet financial, quality, and schedule targets.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within ongoing projects.
- Negotiate with stakeholders on change requests and incorporate them into contracts.
- Manage project risks by identifying and assessing all risk factors using available risk assessment tools.
- Monitor project status, identify discrepancies, and initiate mitigation measures as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve project goals.
- Agree targets with the team and delegate defined responsibilities and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with valid regulations, rules, and standards.
- Ensure efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders.
- Drive project closure and ensure all relevant information is filed and available for future projects.
- 5+ years of management experience in complex construction and plant building projects.
- Advanced knowledge of waste heat recovery system-related engineering and technology to understand technical implications.
- Advanced knowledge in project management methods and tools, contract law, and regulations for project business.
- Work experience in international teams.
- Willingness for travel and site delegations.
- Advanced knowledge in English and German.
- Proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
- High integrity in dealing with others.
- Quality-oriented and structured work approach.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Distinguished conflict management skills.
- Inter-cultural skills.
The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement is at least €58,788.80 for this function. Depending on education, qualifications, and experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
