About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team at MeisterLabs Software GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in empowering internal teams and ensuring our company remains compliant with local and EU regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 4 years working as an in-house legal counsel, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, with expertise in IT law, data privacy (GDPR), and commercial law. You will be responsible for delivering practical legal advice, establishing streamlined processes, and collaborating with external counsels on specialized legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement legal frameworks and workflows to increase operational efficiency
  • Provide expert advice on IT law, data privacy, and commercial law
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and minimize legal risks
  • Ensure compliance with local and EU regulations, including corporate governance and commercial regulations
  • Manage contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external counsels and stakeholders
