Your Mission

As our Senior Legal Advisor, you will take ownership of all legal and contractual matters related to the acquisition of new customers. You will conduct legal negotiations with potential customers, set up contracts, and provide proactive and business-focused legal advice.

  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Conduct thorough contract reviews and negotiations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide expert advice on contract law, commercial law, intellectual property law, and data protection law.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to optimize internal processes and manage the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
Your Profile

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Legal Advisor or equivalent role.
  • Law degree from an Austrian or German university.
  • Proficiency in contract, commercial, intellectual property, copyright, and data protection law.
  • Understanding of SaaS-related concepts and technical acumen.
  • Strong negotiation and client interaction skills.
  • Collaborative spirit and interest in a start-up environment.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid work permit for Austria.

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Programming skills.
