About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Digital Sales Development team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the team in executing targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat, and email to generate new leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Assist in nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, and Account Executives to align sales efforts and maximize territory planning and execution.
  • Support the generation and qualification of leads through proper means, including cold calling, phone campaigns, and email actions.
  • Pass qualified leads to Sales resources for opportunity management and execution.
  • Regularly review lead pipeline and progression, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports.
Requirements
  • Current university student in Austria.
  • Study fields: Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, IT/Digital Transformation, etc.
  • Proficiency in English and German is a must.
  • Preferably, digital (remote) experience, specifically in high-volume customer-facing experience, phone-centric work.
