Insurance Claims Specialist

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Insurance Claims Specialist, der sich auf die Abwicklung von Schadenfällen im Bereich Insurance Claim Handling spezialisiert hat.
Aufgaben- Die Abwicklung von Totalschäden und Diebstählen inkl. dazugehöriger Ablöseforderungen
- Die Abwicklung von Schadenfällen im Zusammenhang mit Insurance Claim Handling qualifizierte Schäden
- Die Erstellung von Reports zur Abrechnung von Schadenfällen für unsere Partner
- Die Mitarbeit bei der Prozess-Optimierung/Projektabwicklung im Bereich Insurance Claim Handling
- Die Beantwortung von internen und externen Kunden- und Partneranfragen
- Die Erstellung von Arbeitsanleitungen und Schulungsplänen
- Eine versicherungstechnische- oder technische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der KFZ-Schadenabwicklung, im Automobilgewerbe und im KFZ-Leasing
- Eine exakte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ein professioneller Umgang mit Lieferanten
- Eine Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Power Point)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Ein Mindestgehalt von € brutto pro Jahr, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung
