Überblick über die Aufgaben

Als Schadenabwickler bei Ayvens bist du für die Abwicklung von Schadenfällen verantwortlich. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

• Schadenfälle bearbeiten

• Schadenfälle im Zusammenhang mit Insurance Claim Handling qualifizierte Schäden bearbeiten

• Reports erstellen

• Reports zur Abrechnung von Schadenfällen für unsere Partner erstellen

• Prozess-Optimierung

• Mit bei der Prozess-Optimierung/Projektabwicklung im Bereich Insurance Claim Handling wirken

• Kundenanfragen bearbeiten

• Interne und externe Kunden- und Partneranfragen bearbeiten

• Arbeitsanleitungen erstellen

• Arbeitsanleitungen und Schulungspläne erstellen

• Kommunikation

• Mit deinen Kollegen und Kunden in engem Kontakt stehen und sicherstellen, dass alle Anfragen und Probleme schnell und effizient bearbeitet werden

• Fortbildung

• Dich ständig weiterbilden und sicherstellen, dass deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten auf dem neuesten Stand sind

• Teamarbeit

• Als Teil des Teams von Ayvens arbeitest du engagiert und motiviert und triffst Entscheidungen, die das Wohl des Unternehmens und seiner Kunden im Auge haben

Was du mitbringst

• Eine versicherungstechnische- oder technische Ausbildung

• Idealerweise ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

• Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der KFZ-Schadenabwicklung, im Automobilgewerbe und im KFZ-Leasing

• Eine exakte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Eine professionelle Haltung im Umgang mit Lieferanten

• Eine Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative

• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und Power Point)

• Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
