About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Innovation Management Specialist to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative health services in our markets, with a focus on Central and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and drive the Ecosystem Health by identifying and implementing new services in our markets.
  • Develop Health Services competences, define Value Propositions, and create Customer Journey maps, together with our local companies.
  • Orchestrate the execution and digital marketing of services within our Group.
  • Continuously review and challenge the health services and identify potential partners, such as service providers and start-ups.
  • Understand the needs of local companies, identify scaling opportunities, provide support, and promote Ecosystem Health services.
  • Build concepts for the future, conduct market research, and trend analyses.
  • Ensure know-how transfer within our Group.

Requirements
  • Degree in the field of economics, healthcare, medicine, science, innovation, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in the fields of Health services will be considered as a plus, e.g., Healthcare management, medical technology, start-ups in the area of health.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and new business models, openness to deal with new topics and ideas.
  • Joy in dealing with international colleagues.
  • High service and customer orientation.
  • Independent and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German and a CEE language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel (CEE).
