Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Project Manager to join our team at STRABAG Innovation & Digitalisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects related to strategic procurement and data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze existing data structures and data networks, as well as current data quality, to develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data management strategies, including data integration and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain data classification systems, including the creation of standardized order systems.
  • Support the development of a centralized article database, incorporating standardized order systems and potentially leveraging AI support.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders from various departments to ensure seamless data integration and project execution.
  • Prepare and present management reports and documentation in both German and English.
  • Assist in project leadership activities, including monitoring, reporting, and controlling project progress, risks, and costs.

Requirements

  • Completed education in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Initial experience in managing complex business processes, preferably in the construction industry or manufacturing sector.
  • Familiarity with data management and integration of connected applications, taking into account user needs.
  • Desirable: Basic knowledge of BI systems and analysis tools.
  • Structured work approach with high quality standards and a strong commitment to standardization, structuring, and systematization of complex processes and related tools.
  • Strong motivation to contribute to challenging transformation projects and enthusiasm for working with digital tools and agile methods.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to create clear and concise content.
