About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Project Lead to join our team at Veact GmbH. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about project management and has experience in digital marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless organization and execution of market-specific campaigns.

As a Digital Marketing Project Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with both internal and external departments, adhering to deadlines, and successfully implementing the annual communication plan. You will also be involved in managing the preparation and launch of campaigns in 9 countries, coordination and monitoring of deadlines regarding campaign-relevant content, internal and external coordination and exchange with customers and agencies, creation and dispatch of newsletters, quality control and reporting for our customers, and regular exchange with customers regarding current topics and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
