Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Virtual Identity GmbH.

About the Role

  • As a Digital Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery for diverse digital marketing projects across sectors like insurance, finance, mobility, retail, or FMCG.
  • You will craft compelling project proposals and navigate mindfully during project delivery to achieve our profitability goals.
  • You will oversee project planning and controlling, ensuring timely and within-budget project execution.
  • You will coordinate team members and external partners to guarantee project success.
  • You will monitor project milestones with diligence, ensuring each project is executed on schedule and with high quality.
  • You will facilitate clear communication, providing regular updates to enhance trust and alignment during the project execution with clients.
  • You will consult clients regarding their digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • You must have strong state-of-the-art social media and online marketing know-how.
  • You should have at least 3 years of professional experience as a project/account manager, preferably in a (digital) agency.
  • A degree in communication, marketing, economy or similar or equivalent qualification is required.
  • You should have high customer orientation, economic thinking, and strong quality awareness.
  • You must be able to deal with conflicts.
  • You should possess strong communication skills, proactivity, and solution orientation.
  • Fluent German and fluent English skills are required.
  • You should be able to prioritize effectively.
  • You may be required to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings.

Benefits

  • This full-time position offers an annual gross salary starting at €39,000, with potential for higher earnings based on experience and qualifications.
