We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Project Manager Lead to join our client service & consulting team at Virtual Identity AG.

As a Digital Marketing Project Manager Lead, you will be responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of digital marketing projects and coordinating an interdisciplinary project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end project delivery for diverse digital marketing projects across sectors like insurance, finance, mobility, retail, or FMCG.
  • Craft compelling project proposals and navigate mindfully during project delivery to achieve our profitability goals.
  • Be in charge of project planning and controlling, ensuring timely and within-budget project execution.
  • Coordinate team members and external partners to guarantee project success.
  • Maintain diligent monitoring of project milestones, ensuring each project is executed on schedule with high quality.
Requirements

We expect the successful candidate to possess:

  • Strong state-of-the-art social media and online marketing expertise.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a project/account manager, preferably in a (digital) agency.
  • A degree in communication, marketing, economy or similar, or equivalent qualification.
  • High customer orientation, economic thinking, and strong quality awareness.
  • The ability to handle conflicts effectively.
  • Fluent German and English skills are required.
  • Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers an annual gross salary of €39,000. Additional compensation may apply based on your experience and qualifications.
