As the Reception Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing the activities of the reception staff. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative duties and the management of daily operations, ensuring an effective and seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

In this position, you will lead and mentor the reception team, which includes managing schedules, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations. Regular team meetings will be essential to maintain alignment and address any concerns or updates, while also fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Administrative Oversight

You will be responsible for maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming. Staying proactive by continuously updating and refining operational guidelines and documentation will be part of your duties.

Operational Excellence

Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement and optimization of internal processes to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the reception team. Collaborating with service teams (such as Facility, Housekeeping, Security, and Catering) will be crucial to ensure smooth operations. You will also ensure that the reception area is managed with a strong focus on business partners and employees, while upholding the Red Bull brand image.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a reception or administrative capacity, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK, BHS)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Confident and approachable personality
  • High level of professionalism and a positive mindset
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Enjoyment in engaging with international guests and thriving in a dynamic environment
  • High degree of flexibility, resilience under pressure, and strategic thinking
Additional Information

As per legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 2,605 gross per month. However, our competitive compensation package is based on market rates and is significantly higher than the stated minimum.
