Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Client Management/Project Desk team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, client management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support process facilitation and customer-related projects, including documentation, visualization, data analysis, and communication.
  • Assist Relationship Managers and the Client Management Team with data retrieval, structuring, and general office support.
  • Support compliance and regulatory requests, including data preparation, collection, and document archiving.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of automated workflows and Power BI reports using MS Power Automate.
  • Support database input, maintenance, and updates.
  • Gain insights into an agile team environment.

Requirements

  • Be an active student, preferably in International Business, Export Management, or International Trade.
  • Possess excellent German and English skills; an additional CEE language is a plus.
  • Have strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Enjoy analytical thinking and consider themselves a problem solver and proactive individual.
  • Be able to effectively work in a multicultural environment.
