Assistant to Group Head of CIB Client Lifecycle Management

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to support the Group Head of CIB Client Lifecycle Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Group Head's calendar, coordinating meetings and events, and preparing data and documents as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Group Head's fully booked calendar independently and diligently.
  • Support the entire Division in organization matters, including planning meetings and events.
  • Prepare data and documents on request of the Group Head in high quality and on time.
  • Control cost budget on a regular basis and process incoming invoices.
  • Act as an effective communication interface to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate business trips, including bookings and financial settlements.
  • Maintain relevant systems used in RBI.
Requirements
  • Completed (commercial) education or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in a similar position.
  • Good organizational skills, structured way of working, and ability to handle tasks independently.
  • Highly motivated, service-oriented, and reliable.
  • Stress resistance and ability to work efficiently even in hectic times.
  • Proficient in English and German.
  • MS office skills.
