Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Strategy Director to join our team in Graz, Austria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement short-term and long-term corporate strategies in alignment with shareholder objectives and the Management Board's vision.
- Oversee product management and development, ensuring innovation and marketability of gaming products, including online and land-based offerings.
- In close collaboration with commercial management, create and manage budgets, focusing on cost optimization and efficiency.
- Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform product range improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the gaming industry, upholding transparent and ethical business practices.
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, game design, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with several years of leadership experience.
- Familiarity with IT systems and industry knowledge are advantageous.
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written), with additional languages such as Spanish, Serbian, or Polish being beneficial.
- Excellent social skills, strong communication abilities, resilience, and customer orientation.
- A competitive salary of €80,000 gross per year, plus performance bonuses.
