IT Risk Management Specialist

As an IT Risk Manager at Raiffeisen Bank International AG, you will play a crucial role in driving the management of IT risks across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services and provide guidance on the definition of corrective measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services
- Support IT with knowledge and experience in the definition of corrective measures
- Support reporting of IT risks to top management and regulators
- Provide guidance for IT colleagues on the design, implementation, and test of IT controls
- Validate the effectiveness of IT controls
- Support the rollout and continuous improvement of IT controls across RBI Group
- Maintain relationships with key partners within the business units and other governance units
- Follow up on deficiencies identified in self-assessments, automated assessments, and internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT of banks/financial institutions, IT consulting, IT security, or 5+ years of experience in IT audit
- Relevant certification is an asset (CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT, ITIL, etc.)
- Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, or relevant job experience
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Self-driven, independently working, and highly team-oriented personality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
- Excellent command of English
- Nice to have: Fluent in German is an advantage
