IT Risk Management Professional

At Raiffeisen Bank International AG, we're committed to creating a work environment where everyone can thrive. As an IT Risk Management Professional, you'll play a crucial role in driving the management of IT risks across our organization.
Our Group IT Risk Management function is responsible for managing IT risks across our operations in Austria and 12 other CEE countries. As a key member of this team, you'll evaluate the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services, providing expert guidance on corrective measures to support IT colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating the risk levels of internal and third-party IT services
- Providing expert guidance on corrective measures to support IT colleagues
- Supporting reporting of IT risks to top management and regulators
- Validating the effectiveness of IT controls
- Driving the implementation of the IT risk management framework
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT of banks/financial institutions, IT consulting, IT security, or 5+ years of experience in IT audit
- Relevant certification, such as CRISC, CGEIT, CISA, COBIT, or ITIL
- Academic degree in IT, Technology, Business Administration, or relevant job experience
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Self-driven, independently working, and highly team-oriented personality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability for independent decision-making and issue resolution
- Excellent command of English
We offer a competitive salary starting at EUR 60,000 gross per annum, including overtime, and market-compliant overpayment based on experience and qualification. Our benefits package includes work-life balance, flexible working hours, hybrid working possibilities, 30 days/year remote work from any EU-country outside Austria, and more.
