Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit & Risk Management Team at our headquarters in Vienna, Austria. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in conducting group-wide audit reviews, assessing the functionality and effectiveness of internal control systems, and determining appropriate measures to improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct group-wide audit reviews at our plants worldwide, leading audit engagements and reviewing the functionality and effectiveness of internal control systems.
  • Assess audit results, determine appropriate measures, prepare meaningful audit reports, and track the implementation of measures.
  • Participate in the analysis and evaluation of internal processes, structures, and guidelines, as well as in the development of optimization measures.
  • Convey technical and methodological competence to the team and new employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferably with a focus on corporate accounting or auditing.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in industry, with additional experience in auditing, internal control, IT audit, and risk management.
  • External certifications such as CIA are desirable.
  • Strong analytical, accurate, and solution-oriented skills, with excellent communication skills to conduct interviews in German and English (C-level).
