Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Professional to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communications strategies to engage our target audience and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and drive communication activities related to the market introduction of new products, ensuring alignment with our corporate process.
  • Plan, design, and develop marketing communication materials, including customer presentations, brochures, webinars, and events, tailored to specific digital communication channel requirements.
  • Participate in positioning, lead, and demand generation campaigns, working closely with Product, Application, and Technical Marketing teams to create compelling content and explore various digital channels.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign results, taking clear actions to improve performance as needed.
  • Act as the quality gate for Business Line content, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Infineon quality standards.
  • Ensure regular updates of marketing communication materials in alignment with Product/Application management.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Communications/Media Science, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Experience in marketing communications, preferably in a high-tech company.
  • Profound experience in content development and production, including technical promotion material creation and editing.
  • Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Working knowledge of content creation tools (Adobe).
  • Profound organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent English skills and readiness to work in an international environment across time zones.
