Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Vienna Insurance Group. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and leading Group companies through the IFRS 17 Group reporting process.

About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and assessing specialised topics within the scope of IFRS 17 reporting to the Group. You will also support VIG insurance companies with the application of SAP FPSL as a Group-wide IFRS 17 subledger.

Your tasks will include ongoing process optimisation, identifying corresponding potential for further enhancement, and liaising with various specialist departments and finance related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and leading Group companies through the IFRS 17 Group reporting process
  • Analysing and assessing specialised topics within the scope of IFRS 17 reporting to the Group
  • Supporting VIG insurance companies with the application of SAP FPSL as a Group-wide IFRS 17 subledger
  • Ongoing process optimisation and identifying corresponding potential for further enhancement
  • Liaising with various specialist departments and finance related projects
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant completed degree, professional experience in the financial services or insurance sector, and strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment.

You should have reliability and high ability to work under pressure as well as an independent and responsible approach. Very good knowledge of written and spoken English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 3,138.19 based on full-time employment (37.5 hours/week). Our remuneration package is market-compliant, and we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
