AOP Health is a pioneer in integrated therapies for rare diseases and critical care. We are seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Area Assistant to join our team in Vienna.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize meetings, calls, conferences, and department events
  • Administer meetings and events by managing invites, guests, agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating follow-up items
  • Perform data analysis, prepare presentations, and provide document summaries
  • Provide general administrative services, including calendar management, expense report processing, and travel coordination
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and manage interactions with confidentiality and discretion
  • Administer SharePoint and Microsoft Teams activities
  • Liaise with other departments for marketing approvals, contracts, and other tasks
  • Assist with brand marketing and promotional material preparation
  • Handle quality control issues and support departmental cooperation and communication
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly proactive and confident with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to think ahead, pre-plan, and be flexible
  • Team player with excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
