Thesis Opportunity: Investigation of All-Wheel Steering System for Battery Truck

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled student to conduct a thesis project on the investigation of an all-wheel steering system for a battery truck. The project will involve the development of a multi-body simulation model and the analysis of its dynamic behavior.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a multi-body simulation model of the battery truck with all-wheel steering system
  • Analyze the dynamic behavior of the vehicle using simulation software
  • Investigate the potential benefits of all-wheel steering system for battery trucks
  • Optimize the steering system parameters for improved vehicle handling
Requirements:
  • Ongoing study in the field of mechanical engineering
  • Excellent skills in mechanics and mathematics
  • Basic skills in multibody systems (preferably Adams)
  • Ability to work independently
