We are looking for a highly skilled Sales and Go To Market Systems Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in implementing and improving systems that support our Sales and Go To Market teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Define a systems roadmap that includes CRM, marketing tools, and customer success tools to boost sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement the defined roadmap, directing consultants, internal IT, and subject matter experts within the business.
  • Continuously improve existing systems by resolving issues and implementing new features.
  • Operate systems in collaboration with the business, manage licenses, trainings, and access controls.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technical studies.
  • 5+ years of experience working in the systems space with a focus on sales and go to market systems.
  • Proven track record in implementing systems from scratch and migrating between systems.
  • Experience with CRM software and typical supporting tools.
  • Ability to orchestrate complex implementations through rigorous project management and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to build the bridge between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
