If so, we invite you to join our dynamic team at Raiffeisen Bank International as a RPS Sales Manager.

Your Mission

As a key player in our RPS team, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding complex customer needs across the Card Acceptance domain, Pricing, IT, and Business areas
  • Collaborating with RPS Product Managers and third parties to analyze and propose valuable centralized acquiring solutions
  • Handling relations with large multinational retailers from initial contact to contract creation and closure as well as successful implementation
  • Creating high-quality, attractive commercial proposals by coordinating inputs from RBI Network banks, processing centers, and third parties
  • Living up your hunting mentality within our sales strategies framework, managing the merchant POS and e-commerce deal pipeline, ensuring financial performance, and planning delivery capabilities
  • Providing input to the RPS product roadmap
  • Building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners across the value chain to enhance the RPS value proposition and operating model
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within an international B2B environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the card payments industry, including key players, services, technology, economics, EU regulations, and market trends
  • Experience with payment cards and transaction-based businesses; experience with specific retailer segments is a strong advantage
  • Sound communication and negotiation skills in both English and German, with a proven track record in closing complex deals
  • Team player capable of thriving in a complex, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and several stakeholders
  • Self-driven and self-motivated mentality
  • Willingness to travel (up to 8 days per month)

Salary

The offered gross yearly salary ranges starts from 80.000 EUR (basis full time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
