Senior Expert Organizational Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a leadership transformation strategy and a group-wide change approach, integrating best practices and systematic methodologies to foster sustainable change.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the existing organizational culture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
- Organize and lead workshops to increase self-awareness and support leaders and teams through their personal transformation process.
- Couch leaders and teams to develop and implement strategies and interventions, as well as measure their impact on the overall organizational culture.
- Collaborate with People, Culture and Organization teams to align cultural initiatives with the overall people strategy, learning opportunities, performance management, and transformation efforts.
- University degree, preferably in psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position.
- Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives in Coaching or Consulting business or in a large corporate.
- Excellent understanding of team and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; A coaching certification or equivalent personal development experience is required.
- Flexible working hours (no core time) & extensive hybrid working possibilities, 30 days / year remote work from any EU-country outside Austria.
