Senior Expert Organizational Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Expert Organizational Development to join our team at Raiffeisen Bank International. As a key member of our People, Culture and Organization team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our leadership culture and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a leadership transformation strategy and group-wide change approach, integrating best practices and systematic methodologies to foster sustainable change.
- Conduct thorough assessments of the existing organizational culture, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
- Organize and lead workshops to increase self-awareness and support leaders and teams through their personal transformation process.
- Coach leaders and teams to develop and implement strategies and interventions, as well as measure their impact on the overall organizational culture.
- Collaborate with People, Culture and Organization teams to align cultural initiatives with the overall people strategy, learning opportunities, performance management, and transformation efforts.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position.
- Proven track record of successful cultural transformation initiatives in Coaching or Consulting business or in a large corporate.
- Excellent understanding of team and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; A coaching certification or equivalent personal development experience is required.
- Mature personality, able to provide guidance to senior leaders, and adept at building trustful relationships across all business levels.
- Proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a large-scale international environment.
- Team player with excellent organization, follow-through, and a supportive nature.
