Learning and Development Specialist

**Job Summary**
The IAEA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, organizing, implementing, and delivering training and learning activities to audiences in an international and multicultural work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of staff members, focusing on adult learning techniques and diverse training methods.
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks in complex organizations, assessing performance issues and proposing solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members, creating opportunities for growth and development.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion, handling sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
- Stay up-to-date with state-of-the-art training and development theories and tools, including web-based training and online learning resources.
**Requirements**
- University degree in human resources management, social or behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in designing, organizing, implementing, and delivering training and learning activities.
- Excellent oral and written command of English. Knowledge of other official IAEA languages is an asset.
