Job Title: Executive Chef - Chinese Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef specializing in Chinese Cuisine to lead our culinary team in Vienna. Our production kitchen serves high-end airline clients, and we are looking for someone with relevant experience in cooking Indian cuisine in similar operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Chinese cuisine section in our production kitchen
  • Supervise and lead a team of chefs, while also training and mentoring them in Indian cuisine techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods
  • Ensure that food preparation and presentation adhere to both company and industry standards
  • Manage inventory and purchasing of Indian cuisine ingredients, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in high-end operations cooking Indian cuisine
  • In-depth knowledge of Chinese ingredients, techniques, and flavours
  • Experience in managing a team of kitchen staff
  • Ability to create and develop menus that showcase both traditional and innovative Chinese cuisine
  • Excellent communication in English – Chinese is a plus
