Culinary Career Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Executive Sous Chef to join our team on a luxurious ocean cruise. As part of our esteemed culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite dishes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the cruise field with a positive appraisal evaluation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven background in fine dining.
  • Ability to work in pressure, stress, and long working hours work environments.
  • Ability to lead a multicultural team with values and respect.
  • Possession of a C1D Visa, STCW, Seamen's certification, Yellow Fever & COVID Vaccination and Medical Certificate is advantageous.
  • Experience working in Luxury Cruise environments or Five-Star Hotels/Resorts. Michelin experience is preferred.
