Digital Content Strategist

At Agentur LOOP New Media GmbH, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and Execute Content Strategies: Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.
- Content Creation and Curation: Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including social media posts, articles, and other digital content.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
- Analytics and Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless content execution and alignment with business objectives.
- 2-3 Years of Experience: Proven experience in digital content creation, strategy, and execution.
- Strong Content Creation Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
- Content Calendar Management: Ability to plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publication.
- Analytics and Performance Reporting: Strong analytical skills, with ability to monitor and analyze content performance.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- 4-Day Workweek: Choose between a 5-day or 4-day workweek, with flexibility to switch between models twice a year.
