Business Data Analyst Lead

We invite applications from highly motivated and experienced professionals for the position of Digital Transformation Advisor at Reply S.p.A. As a Data Strategist, you will be responsible for advising clients on how data usage is shaping strategic decisions or how Advanced Analytics can support business by opening new fields of operations.
Your primary objective will be to analyze business processes, develop use cases together with customers and scientists, and bring them to life with the magic of our engineers. You will also present the results of your analysis in a polished presentation in front of customers and industry experts.
The ideal candidate will have experience and interest in Digitalization of Business Models, Economies of Platform Businesses, or Strategies within Network Industries and their disruptive impact on corporations. A strong quantitative background in Business Informatics, Business Science, Computer Science, or Economics is required, as well as strong communication and presentation skills in English.
You will work across several industries like banking, insurance, automotive, retail, etc. securing a maximum of cross-industrial learning. Responsibilities include developing Big Data Strategies with the customer based on current challenges, transforming the business on an organizational level to be ready to become Data Driven, analyzing and adapting current business processes to make them fit for purpose, and formulating business needs as a Business Analyst and translating needs into technological requirements together with Data Scientists and Data Engineers.
