Staff Engineer Technology Development Si/SiC IGBT/Diode/MOSFET

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement process experiments for new technologies, including Design of Experiments (DoE)
- Define and optimize unit processes for technologies, including process stability assessments
- Collaborate with R&D partners in all divisions to develop and integrate new technologies
- Develop and characterize new process control structures and test structures for electrical measurements
- Coordinate physical, chemical, and electrical analyses to understand process failure modes
**Requirements:**
- Masters degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Electrochemistry, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in R&D with expertise in Si and SiC
- Solid technical background and expertise in semiconductor technologies, including frontend and backend processing and integration
- Practical experience in performing electrical measurements with power device analyzer/curve tracer and wafer probe stations
- Good programming skills, including LabVIEW, Python, and MATLAB
