Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data analysis and reporting, including collecting and analyzing data related to customer service metrics, financial data, and operational performance.
- Support process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, and helping to prepare training material on new processes.
- Work closely with other team members, providing support as needed, and assisting with special projects and initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure that all data is processed accurately and up-to-date.
Your Background
- Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
