Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to identify business needs and design solutions that leverage Jira Cloud's capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Jira Cloud's features and functionality to provide expert guidance and support.
- Work closely with the team to implement and optimize Jira Cloud configurations, ensuring seamless integration with our existing tools and processes.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing queries and concerns related to Jira Cloud usage and configuration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Jira Cloud releases and features, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within our organization.
- Proven experience in Jira Cloud administration, support, or development.
- Strong technical background, with a focus on software development and/or administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Atlassian certifications, such as Jira Cloud Administrator or Jira Cloud Developer, are highly desirable.
