As a Pharmaceutical Platform Manager, you will be part of the Falk Foundation team in Vienna, working alongside experts in gastroenterology and hepatology.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the overall success of the Falk Foundation by collaborating with the Global FF team to implement and improve their strategy and services.
  • Maintain and build partnerships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders, fostering a strong network of expertise.
  • Plan and coordinate participation in international meetings, such as Medical Education Symposia and Workshops, ensuring seamless collaboration between local and global teams.
  • Develop and manage annual plans to achieve corporate business priorities, aligning with targets and managing associated budgets effectively.
  • Participate actively in cross-functional team meetings, driving forward innovative concepts and contributing to the company's growth.

Your Qualifications

  • Natural Science or medical degree with 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical or Marketing roles.
  • High level of scientific expertise and communication skills, enabling effective specialist knowledge transfer.
  • Experience in tight collaboration with opinion leaders and expert committee development.
  • Precise and solution-oriented way of working, hands-on approach, and high motivation to drive forward innovative concepts.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and oral.
