Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive Sales and Customer Engagement: Utilize your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Visual Merchandising and Store Displays: Collaborate with our visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays that showcase our products and drive sales.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and promotions, and share your knowledge with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:


  • Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of success in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing priorities and sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge and Passion: A genuine passion for our products and services, and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
