Role Description:




  • Lead a global and cross-functional project-team of experts
  • Innovate and implement project management methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan, organize and control complex global development projects for Power Technology Platforms from project idea until end of product life-cycle
  • Assure active risk management and report to Project Owner and to functional and local management
  • Be fully responsible for budget, execution and target achievement of the overall project including subprojects
  • Be part of the project management community within the organization and drive project management methodology improvements


About This Role



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Infineon Technologies AG. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a global and cross-functional project-team of experts in the development of Power Technology Platforms. You will innovate and implement project management methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness, plan, organize and control complex global development projects from project idea until end of product life-cycle, assure active risk management, report to Project Owner and to functional and local management, be fully responsible for budget, execution and target achievement of the overall project including subprojects, and be part of the project management community within the organization and drive project management methodology improvements.



Requirements




  • At least 6 years of experience in managing technical projects
  • Work experience in planning, reporting and managing projects
  • Fluent English skills with good German skills as a plus
  • Intercultural awareness and ability to manage multicultural teams in different sites and segments
