About the Role



As a Senior Project Manager at Infineon Technologies AG, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and leading cross-functional project teams in the field of mixed-signal development. Key Responsibilities


  • Lead project teams in the development of mixed-signal IP modules and full-chip projects, leveraging your technical expertise and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and decision-making
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives


Requirements




  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in electrical engineering and/or microelectronics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
  • Strong technical expertise in mixed-signal development, with knowledge of semiconductor technologies and processes
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as agile and waterfall
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
